Children and Village ministries:

In July we can use teams for VBS programs with village kids in our village here in Cornesti and also in Stanciova where we have church plants.
 
We also need a team for a 5 day camp in the beginning of August for an evangelistic English camp for about 30 kids ages 9 to 14, coming from around the Moneasa area of Romania. We are partnering up with some Romanians who have a good children's ministry there and we want to help support their work by helping them with a team and hosting them in our facility for this camp.
 
When we have the medical van fully funded and are able to pay for transportation costs and to hire a Romanian staff to run it, we will be able to do medical outreaches to people who have no insurance in remote villages.
 
If a team wants to come and do an eyeglasses distribution in villages where there are church plants, we would be happy to have them because we had none come for this in 2006 and it is a very needed ministry.

Maintenance and construction:
 
The two garages (one is for storing the med van and med equipment storage) Both garages plus a cement block room the guys built around the wood stoves all need to be prepared and painted. There's more painting on the care home, inside and out that also needs to be done.
 
We need to rebuild the fence around the play area, too. It's rotted out in places, and needs a cement footing all around it. And painted.
 
We need a load of logs so Doug can mill the wood for the exterior siding for the cabins, for making windows, and other projects. Once the siding is up, the cabins also need to be painted.
 
We also need to start replacing the windows in the care home. We get thermo pane from a factory and build our own wood frames. The windows are quite large but we need to start replacing them because they are pretty rotten. We also need to build the windows for the cabins.
 
We need gutters on all of our buildings.
 
Also, I'd like to redo the playroom in the care home and make learning centers, so if anyone wants to build little refrigerators and painting easels and little building centers and stuff, I'd be really happy. I want to replace the window in that room, replace the flooring, build a long table and the learning centers and a craft closet.
 
We also want to replace the flooring in the living room dining area of the care home. 
 
I would also like to work on the front of the care home so it looks more inviting. We need to replace the front sidewalk and I'd like to have some planter boxes along the front fence and put some plantings along the fence so it doesn't look so much like a prison because of the security fence, but more welcoming.
 
Doug is hoping to finish the bathrooms and kitchen of the church building this winter. We have most of the building materials we need for this but we need to buy kitchen appliances, and if anyone wants to come this winter to help with making kitchen cabinets or finishing up those rooms it would be a big help.

Plus we are remodeling our apartment, adding a room and changing the rooms around. We need more space for kid(s) and for when we meet with people here. Plus we are making a private outside area for our family. We are hoping for both, our apartment and the kitchen and bathrooms of the church building finished this winter or early spring.
 
Care Home help:

Any time of the year we can use people to come and help out at the care home with our day to day ministry with the moms, kids and elderly women living here.
